Looking for a property to buy

Our fees are on a sliding scale based on the value of the property you decided to buy.

Fees are only payable if we are successful in our search, in other words once you finalise the purchase or rental of a property found by our team.

Our fee scale:

  • 4.5% for properties up to €300,000, the minimum being €5000 (incl. tax)
  • 3.75% for properties between €300,001 and €600,000
  • 3.50% for properties between €600,001 and €900,000
  • 3.25% for properties between €900,001 and €1,200,000
  • 3.00% for properties between €1,200,001 and €1,500,000
  • 2.75% for properties between €1,500,001 and €1,800,000
  • 2.50% for properties between €1,800,001 and €2,100,000
  • 2.25% for properties between €2,100,001 and €2,400,000
  • 2.00% for properties over €2,400,001

Looking for a property to rent

For residential rental contracts, our fee is equivalent to 1.5x the monthly rent excluding charges (minimum fee of €2000 [incl. tax]).

For short-term leases and professional/commercial contracts, our fee is equivalent to 15% of the annual rent excluding tax and charges, plus a minimum management fee of €300 (excluding tax), payable when we start the search.

  • Florence and Jacques are both doctors at Necker Hospital, as well as running their own doctor’s office. They were looking to find a bigger apartment so Florence could conduct consultations at home, as well as having a bedroom each for their two children. They were looking for an apartment of between 120 and 150 m² in the 7th arrondissement, where they already lived. They wanted to remain close enough to the hospital to accommodate their respective on-call shifts and duties.
