Bespoke training
When you join our team, we will make sure that you have the skills you need to succeed.
Do you already know the Paris property market? In that case, our training will focus on skills you need in order to be a property hunter: the capacity to listen, respond and take the initiative.
Your designated coach will be in daily contact over the first few months, helping you to deliver the quality of service and personal touch which we pride ourselves on providing for our clients.
There will be training sessions on specific themes every two weeks, in-house or via distance learning.
Powerful tools and an extensive network
Perle Rare provides consultants with real-time access to the vast majority of properties available on the market, via homeowners selling directly, property developers, notaries and estate agencies. It’s a much more effective system than scrolling through Seloger or Pap!
By sharing the results of our searches with over 2000 estate agencies and notaries in Paris, and visiting some 350 houses and apartments each month, Perle Rare has built up close working relationships with fellow Parisian property professionals.
Attractive, progressive commission
Perle Rare will pay you commission based on your results.
You can expect to receive up to 60% of the finder’s fee, plus a half-yearly bonus to top up your income and cement your relationship with Perle Rare.
Better still, you won’t be expected to pay a cent in return for the services and resources that we provide!
The freedom to organise your own time
You can work the hours that suit you best, from home or in our offices in central Paris.

Are you passionate about Paris, its architecture and its different neighbourhoods? Do you have the enthusiasm to provide a bespoke service as you guide clients through the process of finding their dream home in Paris?
Perle Rare will provide the clients, you will help them find what they are looking for. You will receive initial training and regular support; our tried-and-tested professional tools will help you to respond rapidly and find properties which correspond perfectly to the needs and expectations of your clients.
You can work from home and/or at the Perle Rare offices. You’ll be independent, but certainly not alone!
