In her strategic role alongside the two co-founders, Céline Thieriet and Georges-Louis Duquesne, Marion will also work closely with the team of 25 consultants to further solidify Perle Rare’s position as a leader in property hunting in Paris.
With a strong background in human resources management and property scouting, Marion will be tasked with refining and structuring our internal processes, focusing on delivering excellence in the services offered to our clients.
Her vision, centered on continuous improvement, will enhance not only the quality of services but also the cohesion and efficiency of the sales teams.
Her expertise and innovative mindset will contribute to setting even higher service standards, accelerating Perle Rare’s overall performance and reinforcing its leadership in the Paris market.
